Terms of use of AutomatykaOnline.pl
Chapter I
§1
General Provisions and Definitions
Regulations specify the types, scope and conditions for the electronic services by the Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Przemysłowy Instytut Automatyki i Pomiarów (PIAP) - publisher AutomatykaOnline.pl (hereinafter referred to as "Publisher"), and the conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of such services.
Ordering the service, the recipient thus confirms that he is familiar with its description, conditions and rules of electronic services by the Publisher, and accepts all of the provisions of these regulations.
Duplication or distribution of the content and information contained on the website www.automatykaonline.pl, in part or whole, in any form or by any means, including a copy of all or part, the wider digitization, photocopying, copying, including posting in electronic sources is possible only:
- for scientific purposes,
- for educational purposes,
- User's own use,
- with the written permission of the Publisher,
- Citing source/author
The use of content and data, in whole or in part without the permission of the Publisher is violation of the law, especially without citing the source / author or commercial use is prohibited and is subject to legal sanctions.

Definitions
"Publisher" – Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Przemysłowy Instytut Automatyki i Pomiarów with its registered office in Warsaw, al. Jerozolimskie 202, 02-486 Warszawa, KRS 0000846727 District Court Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division, NIP 522-318-53-70, REGON 000035257.
"User" - a physical person, legal person or entity without legal personality, which makes use of the ordered services provided electronically.
"Service" - website AutomatykaOnline.pl http://www.automatykaonline.pl and its subpages.
"Newsletter" - a periodic newsletter sent via email.
"Magazine PAR" – monthly magazine „Pomiary – Automatyka – Robotyka”, Publisher by Publisher in paper and electronic format (.pdf)
"Subscription" - limited time subscription service (subscription) magazine PAR in paper form.
"E-subscription" - PAR subscription in electronic version (.pdf), distributed by e-mail.
"Registration" – Placing necessary data into the Publisher system
"Shop Online" or "Shop" - a separate part of the Service that allows users to place orders for the offered products and services and payments.

The type and range of electronic services and conditions of their provision

Services provided via e-mail
Services provided via e-mail are:
a) Sending Newsletter to the User mailbox address (service “Newsletter”),
b) Sending to the User mailbox address the current number of PAR in the electronic version (service "e-subscription").
c) sending to the User mailbox address the chosen numbers of PAR in the electronic version
Additional electronic information of publisher partners contain commercial offers and information about promotions organized by them can be directed only to those users who have given their prior consent to receiving.
In the case of sending an offer or information about promotions organized by the publisher partners, shipment contains a flag that was sent by the publisher on behalf of the partner.
Publisher does not share email addresses with any third party users.
To use the services provided by e-mail, User must have active and properly configured mail account.
§4
The services provided via the website
Services provided by the Publisher through the website are to ensure online access to information resources of the Service, free or payable (available in the online store).

Conditions of concluding and terminating contracts for provision of electronic services

Placing an order for a service provided by email and / or web site is done by filling in the form available on the Website or the Online Store. The contract may also be submitted by sending an e-mail to the address indicated in accordance with the conditions specified by the Publisher.
The service is available after placing the proof of payment by the customer for the service.
User may at any time resign from the service provided free of charge by sending information to resign from the service to the address given in the description of this service.
Chapter IV
Responsibility

Publisher makes every effort to protect the service, that content is reliable and trustworthy. Publisher shall not be liable for damages resulting from use of the information, data and opinions contained on the site and to take or not taking action on their basis.
Publisher does not guarantee that the software used in the service and information, applications, or any other type of service been provided with the service will be free from errors, and their use will be uninterrupted. Publisher is not responsible for damage caused by any failure to the implementation of the sites, error, omission or delay in data transmission, computer virus or hardware failure, system or transmission lines.
The information and data on the site can be modified without restriction and without prior notice to Users.

General Provisions
Online store par.pl owner is Przemysłowy Instytut Automatyki i Pomiarów with its registered office in Warsaw, al. Jerozolimskie 202, 02-486 Warszawa, KRS 000004396 District Court Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division, NIP 525-000-88-15, REGON 000035257.
Terms and Conditions of sale are set out in this Regulation.
§9
Definitions
"Online Shop " or "Shop" - a separate part of the Service automatykaonline.pl allows customers to place orders for the offered products, services and payments.
"Client" or "Customer" - Users who purchase in the store, having a Customer Account.
"Customer Account" - database containing customer data for the implementation of the contracts, information about complex orders and the status of their implementation, mailing addresses and customer download area.
"Download Area" - function available within the customer's account, allowing User to download the purchased products in the electronic version (files).
"Bank Transfer" - payments made by the customer in the bank through an online account, stationary or at the post office.
"Electronic Transfer" - payments made by the Client from a bank account on-line via the dotpay. For a current list of payment channels supported by the system dotpay please visit http://www.dotpay.pl/.
§10
Acceptance and execution of orders
Orders are accepted via the form available on the website www.automatykaonline.pl. Placing an order is equivalent to signing a contract of sale.
In the case of orders submitted for the first time to place an order, create a customer account. To create a customer account is required to provide a valid e-mail address and input the username and password. These data allow the Customer to supplement and edit the data necessary to complete the order, enter and edit the address for shipment and monitor the status of the order, as well as access to contracts archives.
In order Client makes:
a) choice of ordered products,
b) choose the method of delivery (if the choice is available)
c) provide a delivery address,
d) provide data to the invoice,
e) Choice of payment method.
After accepting the order to the Client is sent an automatic message confirming the order. If Client chooses the payment method "electronic transfer", in order to make a payment, clicks the icon "Pay Online" and then follow the instructions a payment service. A current list of payment channels supported by the system dotpay please visit http://www.dotpay.pl/.
If the ordered product is not available, and thus, there is no possibility of performing the contract, Shop has the right to withdraw from the contract within thirty (30) days from the date of its conclusion. If the Customer has paid for the products, shop will return the payment for the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the cancellation of the order.
§11
Termination of the contract
In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 "About protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product," which is a consumer client may cancel the purchase of product purchased in the store without giving any reason within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Returned merchandise must be sent together with the received invoice along with it at the following address:

§12
Personal data
Website AutomatykaOnline.pl Publisher states that personal data are protected under the Act of 29.08.1997. "The protection of personal data" (Journal of Laws No. 133, item. 883) to prevent access by third parties.
The administrator of Clients personal data is Przemysłowy Instytut Automatyki i Pomiarów with its registered Office in Warsaw, al. Jerozolimskie 202, 02-486 Warszawa.
By placing an order in the Store, Client agrees to place personal data in the AutomatykaOnline.pl database and their processed for the purposes of the contract.
Providing personal data by the Client and agreement to the processing is necessary to complete the contract by the store.
Responsibility for providing false personal data shall be borne by the customer.
§13
Final provisions
The competent court for any disputes arising from the contract of sale is the court of the place of performance of the contract.
In cases not covered by these Regulations shall apply the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on the specific terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product.
Regulations come into force on 1 October 2014.
